2. How Does MTS Add Value?
All MTS work is customized and based on specific objectives. 3. What Does MTS Do?
MTS assists industrial sites in the improvement of workplace performance through a system for the effective management of processes, organization and people's skills & knowledge.

4. What Does MTS Consist Of?
The three essential components of MTS are: Technology, Organization and People. The MTS Technology is our Industrial Training & Process Management System (for more details, see About MTS: The System). The MTS Organization is a federation of operating licensees. The MTS people is a group of professionals with extensive hands on experience in the operation and management of industrial sites. 5. How Does MTS Work?
MTS works on a project basis. Each project has clearly defined deliverables, activities to be undertaken by MTS, and activities to be done by the customer. The MTS System can be applied totally, partially, or in stages, depending on the needs and resources of the customer. Most projects are done on a firm cost basis.

6. What Are The Results Obtained With MTS?
Following is a sampling of results reported by some of our customers:

• Refinery operating costs reduced by $5 million per year through effective process definition, mapping, documentation and training.
• Training return on investment of 100% in an electronic components manufacturing complex.
