ExxonMobil, Beaumont, TX The project to localize ExxonMobil GMT (Global Manufacturing Training) modules to match the processes in the Ethylene Unit of the Beaumont, TX Olefins plant has been completed.

The project to write Process Manuals and GMT Modules for the Furnaces has been completed.


In addition, MTS World Gulf Coast has been contracted to write the GMT Modules for the Low Viscosity Synthetics Global Portfolio.  This project will be completed 1Q10.



TETRA Technologies, El Dorado, AR

• Writing 21 site-specific operations training manuals
• Delivery of 73 weeks of operations and maintenance training using the site-specific manuals and manuals selected from the 1400 off-the-shelf manuals in the MTS Library.
• Training of plant personnel as MTS trainers to sustain the MTS Training System.

LANXESS, Orange, TX Revitalization of the MTS Training System at a synthetic rubber manufacturing plant.  Previous MTS projects were completed at this facility in the 1980s and 1990s.



Metal Exchange Corporation, St. Louis, MO Supervisor Assessment project to determine training needs at an aluminum recycling facility has been completed.  A subsequent project to provide training in the Leadership Development Process was begun in January 2010.
