South America Business Unit

Pluspetrol - Peru, Camisea Operations
Extension of the two MTS projects previously done at the gas processing plant and the liquids processing plant. This extension is due to a significant expansion of the plants and the arrival of new operating and maintenance personnel. The project includes: basic training for new operators, training writers to write the expanded plant, training trainers, and process specific training. The gas plant, Malvinas, is located in the Amazonian jungle of Peru. The liquids plant, Pisco, is on the Pacific coast. Both plants are recipients of the MTS 2007 World Class Award. Cementos Lima – Peru
Training effectiveness audit to uncover gaps and opportunities. The recommendations are being implemented by the customer.


Refinor – Argentina
Another recipient of the MTS 2007 World Class Award, Refinor (the niche refinery of liquids and gas as well as the corporate office) has been a user of the MTS System for nearly 10 years. Recently we conducted a system-wide audit and laid out plans for broadening and deepening the use of the MTS System to include impact on process costs.


Carbocloro – Brazil
Annual audit, company-wide, of the installed MTS Process Management System for this leading manufacturer of chlorine and soda products in Brazil.  Carbocloro is also a recipient of the MTS 2007 World Class Award.
