Analyze manufacturing plants to determine personnel needs; develop training plans, write training workbooks, supervise training sessions, measure results of training. Must have experience in one or more of the following areas of expertise:
- Process Operations
- Process / Manufacturing Control (DCS/PLC)
- Instrument Maintenance
- Mechanical Maintenance

Positions are based in our LLC offices; but most work is done at our customer sites anywhere in the world.
Manufacturing plant experience at the engineer or technician level with an interest in developing and implementing training systems is required. Applicants should also have some management or coordination experience within plant maintenance and/or operations.
The successful candidate must be computer savvy, possess management skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and prepared to travel. Engineering degree is preferred.
