The holding company (MTS World Inc.) is headquartered in St. Louis Missouri USA. The role of the holding company is to maintain, enhance and develop the MTS System, promote the brand, and license the individual LLC's to execute projects using the MTS methodology. The holding company is co-owned and co-managed by Managing Directors Vicente F. (Vince) Estrada and Kenard L. (Ken) Taylor.
