In conjunction with the GLPTA meeting at Lewis & Clark College in Edwardsville, IL on May 16, 2008, MTS is presenting a free workshop on the afternoon preceding the GLPTA meeting. The topic is the development and use of Process/Craft Based Training Needs Analysis.
Learn how to develop a process based or craft based training
needs analysis that can assist you in the qualification process after training
is completed. The workshop will be
followed by a reception with refreshments until the ConocoPhillips Refinery
tour at 5:15 pm
